Maintains awareness of opportunities provided by new technology to address challenges and improve operational efficiency. Within own sphere of influence (i.e. LOB), works to further organizational goals, by the study and use of emerging technologies. " Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. " Ability to establish and create excellent client relationships with their technical expertise " Ability to present technical solutions to non-technical audiences " Knowledge of project/program management principles.
